What is the negative voltage of VSSA and VSSB,it is -5V?

There is not discripition abuout VSS voltage in the Spec.

Hello Vincent,

Negative voltage tolerances for VDDA/OUTA or VDDB/OUTB are specified with respect to VSSA or VSSB. It does not make sense to specify a negative voltage tolerance for VSSA with respect to VSSA, or for VSSB with respect to VSSB.

In your question, where is the 0V reference potential located?
