TPS23751: Resister position of MPS function

Please let me know about position of connect MPS resister (less than 26.3kΩ, parallel with 0.05μF).

I guess primary side because 802.3at standard is described below; 

I think that the other idea is connect load resister on secondary side and continuous 10mA, is it no correct?

    Hi Satoshi,

    Please see the circuit we propose in section 3.6 of our adapter OR-ing app note (http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slva306a/slva306a.pdf). The zener diode prevents the dummy resistor from spoiling detection & classification.
