UCC28881: Help to check AC-DC solution

Dear TI:
    Customer has a requirement for AC-DC application, please help to check suitable solution:

    1, Vin=AC 90V-265V

    2, Vout= DC 3.3V/30mA

    3, Need very small PCBA size, it is about a circle with diameter of 25mm.

    If TI solution can't meet the small size, how big PCBA size can TI solution meet.
