In BQ24074 battery charger, we have some doubts:

1. When battery is present and input is connected,  what will be charger output?

2. When battery is absent and input is connected, what will be charger output?

    Hello Sonu,
    If by charger output, you mean VOUT, the voltage is regulated to 4.4V as long as the input is present and above the VIN DPM threshold. If battery is present and input is connected, the battery will be charged till the voltage reaches 4.2V. If the battery is absent, there would be a square waveform on the BAT pin due to the capacitor on the BAT pin being charged and discharged.
