Our Customer want to use bqProduction for SREC file want to BQ78350R1 12cell .
* This customer using BQ78350R1 4cell model for longtime .
But Customer said sometime Fall with SREC file write to BQ78350R1 .
And Customer said BQStudio write result is " OK " on screen.
[ Question ]
1) BQ Production ( Special Version 4th ) , can possible use for BQ78350-R1 with mass production??
2) About EV2300 , sometime SREC Fail reason , how about EV2300 Firmware Version ??
Which is EV2300 latest FirmWare version with BQ Production ??
* bq Production requested to EV2300 , Dose we use EV2400 in the future ?
3) Customer said , Especially " Manufacturer " data only dose not change with bqProduction.
Customer changed Text data " Texas Instruments " to Customer Code with SREC file.
But sometime did not change ( = Fail ) with bqPoduction at Factory Mass Productuon Factory .
We want to know , why Manufacturer data only Fall with bqProduction ??
Customer will change Manufacturer data to Serial Number and Customer Code.
