BQ24650: Help support on BQ24650 Issue

Hi Team,

My customer is using BQ24650 in new project, but they met issue. Schematic as attached, input voltage is 11.7V and the MPPT is set to 17.75V. These is no battery at the output port, but sometimes these will be about 11.6V at the output port, sometimes not. If these is 11.6V, this voltage will hold for a long time. Seems randomly happen, do you have some suggestion or idea for this abnormal issue? Thanks a lot!

What is the PH node doing (i.e. is a periodic square-ish waveform) during the long hold? What is the voltage at the output doing when not at 11.6V? What is the PH node doing during that time?
