Hi,

I'm afraid TI does not have such switching FETs. Please choose appropriate automotive grade switching FETs based on the required current and voltage rating.

I do not need automotive grade.

It is used 12Vin 40Vout 150mA 6ch.
Is CSD18563Q5A suitable?

I have checked the spec of this MOSFET. The characteristics look ok. It's just the current rating of the FET is quite large. You can choose a FET with a more appropriate current rating.
