Our customer asked us to implement the mass programming of Code Flash Memory and Data Flash Memory of the BQ27Z561. So I would like to ask you provide the programming specification for Flash memories to us.

You can use the bqstudio program to generate a bqfs and a dffs file. These files are in flashstream format. With these you can program the gauge using standard i2c comms. Please use this video as reference, training.ti.com/gauge-programming-fundamentals
