Thanks for reaching out to the High Power Drivers group.

All our drivers’ models are available for Simetrix or PSpice simulations so they will not work in Simplis.

Please find the unencrypted PSpice version on www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

Just want to confirm, so we don't have model can run on simplis, right?
Is there any work around?

Hi Kevin,

The unencrypted PSpice model (www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware) may be imported into simplis for simulation.
