I try to find P2P solution of this competitor device:

It seems DPAK(TO-252), we only have 1.5A for this kind of package.

Please suggest a suitable pin to pin solution

BTW, the LM1085 is DDPAK package, which competitor's is DPAK.

Unfortunately we do not have any alternatives for this competitor device which are p2p and rated for 3A output current. If p2p is needed, then I recommend the LM317-N (1.5 A output current). If 3A is needed, then the LM1085 is the recommended device.
