BQ20Z95: bq20z95 supply current increases when ZVCHG on

BQ20z95 supply current increased a lot (>400uA) when pre-charge FET is turned on (ZVCHG), even though in sleep mode. Is that normal?

I think that's because you're burning power through the diode string that toggles ZVCHG. You are not going to be in sleep mode when the ZVCHG fet is on.

Thank you very much for the answer! So this is caused by internal structure of the chip and cannot be avoided as long as I use ZVCHG function, right? But the chip can go into shutdown anyway.
