The SW to PGND inductor is mainly determined by the layout. The inductance=(SW to output cap+ )plus( output cap- to PGND). So they need to put the cap as close to the IC as possible. it is around 2nH if the layout is not so bad.
And the capacitance is mainly determined by FET itself. But if they cares about the switching loss, they only need to care about the tr and tf.
