LP8556: LP8556 jitter tolerance at PWM frequency 100 to 2400 Hz

For backlight driver system, we usually don't consider the jitter, we usually consider the pwm input resolution. And for LP8556, it has an internal RC filter for thr input PWM signal, so there is no definition for jitter in this system.
