Our customer is considering to develop Intel Apollo Lake-I(E3930 or E3940).

So, we suggest the TPS65094 for power block of Apollo Lake-I.

Could you please answer below question?

- Is the TPS65094 used in CRB of Apollo Lake?

- Is NDA necessary for develop using the TPS65094?

The TPS65094 is on the Apollo Lake CRB, but not the Apollo Lake-I CRB. No NDA is required for developing with the TPS65094. If you want more documentation on powering the Apollo Lake with the TPS65094 please look at the post linked below.

You said the TPS65094 isn’t on the Apollo Lake-I CRB.
However, can the TPS65094 use for the Apollo Lake-1?

I'd like to know the TPS65094 can use for Apollo LAke-I or not.
