Yes, shouldn't be a problem as you can use a 3 or 4-phase solution (depending on Fsw and max ambient temperature).

Please use the LM5143-Q1 quickstart calculator, available by download from the product folder, to assist with component selection. You may be able to use 60V NexFETs, e.g. CSD18563Q5A.
