TL431: do we have open loop and bode plot with TL431AIDBZR?

i've been asked by my customer to see open loop gain vs bode plot.

do we have ?

if so, please share it.

    Hi Takahashi-san,

    We do not specify open-loop gain because typical mode of operation has closed-loop feedback in the circuit. The bode plot can located in on figure 10 of the TL431 datasheet, but does not show phase margin.

    We have a lower cost new generation device called the TL431LI. It has better stability and accuracy with low reference current. The only trade-off is the maximum cathode current is 15 mA. The direct replacement would be TL431LIAIDBZR. Its bode plot on figure 6 of its datasheet shows the phase margin.
