I can't understand the meaning of the figure. Do the ibat(load) and isys(load) in the figure below refer to the static current

Hi,

No. The charger has a pull down resistor on SYS and BAT that could be used via I2C registrer to implement a form of battery detection. Few customer use it. The maximum static BAT and SYS current =5A can be found on datasheet page 8 section 8.3.

No. It is a resistor in series with an NFET.
