    Hi Bruce,
    -the bq27542 is a single cell gauge, but it appears you have 2 cells in series and a voltage divider. is there a reason you didn't simply use the bq28z610 which is a 2s gauge?
    -I do not see a need for the TLV2241 circuit as this is a pack side gauge. battery will be embedded and will always be with the chip. i do not see the need for that TLV part
    -You are using a 2mohm sense, the recommended min for this gauge is 5mohm.

    A quick review of the gg file shows it looks good.

    Dear Onyx,

    Yes, this design is for 2S, and it is revised from below BQ27541 reference design for 2S1P.  I have promoted BQ28z610 to customer for 2S pack,

    yet customer still want to try BQ27542 solution since the limited cost requirment and tight time schedule.

    Could you kindly give some further advices for such application? Thanks a lot.
