• Hi, I have reviewed the layout and there are some advices:
• 1: The capacitor C11 is not very close tho the gauge. There are 2 vias between the gauge and the cap. Place the cap closer to the gauge and less vias is better. We can use separate capacitors for REGIN and VCC is possible to realize that each cap is close to gauge.
• 2:

• I am not sure why the layout is like this, that a triangle in the yellow area.
• 3: Make sure to use kelvin connect in the BAT sense line.
• 4: If possible, make the ground plane a complete plane.
• 5: Make sure that the ground pin of U5 (pin 3) is close to the PACKN.

Thanks for the review. We will be proceeding for fabrication.

We have the earlier version of this board provided by the battery vendor. In this, we are facing some issues in the learning cycle.

Please find the below link of that case. Can you please help to give me an answer for this query as well?

It will be great if somebody can provide the expected work flow and register settings at each levels.
