The hex data read by the bq software is 5F97 0508 5622 F89A
Ref voltagge： hex：5F97= 24471*0.05=1223.55
AFE Pack Gain：hex：0508 = ？？？？
CC offset：hex：5622=？？？？？
Board offset：hex：F89A=？？？？？
Such as a similar file in the attachment

They are 2 byte data formats. So use it per that. You will not need this conversion if you use bqevsw. I don't know your part, so you can try both conversion styles and see which one fits. None of the AFE parameters are meant to be changed by you. You only need to change board offset and cc offset, cc gain and cc delta.

When I need mass production, I use VB third-party development to write gg files, so I have to know how floating point numbers are converted to 2-byte integers. The product is bq20z451.

When you update DF, you don't need to update all the DF parameters. Therefore the AFE parameters are not relevant in this case. For the others,

CC Gain = 9.419/x where x is your value in int
CC Delta = 2809326/x
CC Offset = (x*64000)/9.419
Board Offset = (x*64)/9.419
