TPS2547: TPS2547 can't charge mobile phones, IPAD

Clark,

You have configured the part into DCP_Auto mode without load detect. This should charge many different phones.

Is it possible for you to send me scope captures of the D+/D- lines and the VCC line for some of the phones and the IPAD?

This will help me debug what is going wrong in your system.
