Hi Team,

I have two questions about LM74700 FET driver capability as following.

How much gate cap can LM74700 driver properly?
Is it possible to drive 2 or more FETs in parallel?

Hi Takashi Onawa,

LM74700-Q1 has peak gate source current of 7mA for short time. This helps during turn on / startup and during transients.
It can cetainly drive 10A FETs, but if let us know if you have any specific tests that you want the LM74700-Q1 to drive external MOSFETs?

OK, I will send the part number of the FET in off-line.
Please check if LM74700-Q1 can drive the FET properly or not.
