TPS54116-Q1: Qualification Report and Other Device information

Hello, I'm interested in two parts. CDCLVP111MVFREP and TPS54116QRTWRQ1.

Please provide the qualification report and the ESD rating for both devices. Also, CDCLVP111MVFREP uses copper wire bonds, do you have an additional Cu wire bond qual report that's in accordance to AEC-Q101? Also, are any of these devices less than 50nm technology
