TPS22925: TI Load Switch Crosses

Hello,

I am trying to find the closest TI cross for a few Load Switch parts. I have found what I think would be the closest matches but I am looking for verification or whatever else would be a good fit. I don't have any customer specifications for these parts, I am just looking for a closest match to these comp parts.

1. SLG5NT1477VTR - www.mouser.com/.../SLG5NT1477r122_01062014-876356.pdf

Possible TI cross- TPS22925

2.G5244A31U

Possible TI cross - TPS29929D

    Thanks for reaching out on E2E! Please find the answers to your questions below:

    1. SLG5NT1477VTR: 3-5.25V, 6A, 9.8mΩ Load Switch"

    [AH]: To go against the SLG5NT1477V, I think the TPS22990 would be the best option. The TPS22990 can support up to 10A, with a lower Ron, and contains additional features such as Power Good (PG), Quick Output Discharge (QOD), Adjustable Slew Rate (CT), and a larger VIN range than the SLG5NT1477V.

    2. GMT G5244: 2.7 - 5.5V, 2.5A, 120mΩ USB Load Switch:

    [AH]: Since the G5244 has a current limit feature, I suggest looking at the TPS25221 or the TPS2552/3. These devices offer better Ron, fast RCB response time, and adjustable current limit.
