TPS7A66-Q1: TPS7A6601GDGNRQ1 , can i use it for 7V output

No the TPS7A66-Q1 family of devices is not rated for a 7 V output.  The recommended operating conditions define the region where the regulator is designed, characterized, and tested for operation.  7 V exceeds the recommended operating conditions for Vout.

We do have several automotive qualified LDOs that can achieve a 7 V output.  Here is a link to our parametric search that is already filtered for automotive linear regulators that are able to have at least a 7 V output.  You can add additional filtering criteria based on your application as well to narrow the list further.
