TPS23880: Schematic Review

Hi C.T,

Please see my comments below:

1. AGND and DGND should be connected together to the ground plane and Vpwr and VDD should be referenced to the same ground.
2. OSS signal is active high, so it should not be pulled up. 
3. one 0.1uF cap is good enough for each port.
4. The UVLO for VCC_3.3V DCDC is beter to set above TPS23880's UVLO(18.5V)
5. I am not sure why 0.7A max is listed for each port, but each 4pair port is able to output 90W based on standard.
