TPS659037: External crystal spec

Hi team,

Can the customer use following crystal with relaxed spec to some extent for PMIC? PMIC doesn't require 16MHz crystal for the operation, so I assume relaxed spec crystal will be used for PMIC, if accurate external clock output is NOT required. 

<16MHz crystal spec>

±50 ppm at -40C to 105C

The customer commented they just use  power supplies of PMIC and I2C, don't use  ADC, RTC.

    Sasaki-san,

    We recommend staying within the specifications of the datasheet. This requires +/- 30 ppm crystal tolerance and +/- 50ppm drift. If the customer wants to use a crystal outside of these specifications, they will have to validate that the crystal works for their system. We cannot guarantee anything outside of the datasheet specifications.
