Hello,
Need help in selecting a suitable part for measuring battery capacity.
The average ideal current of the system is around 800uA and when the system is awake the current goes to around 500mA for about 30 seconds. And momentarily when electromechanical parts are operated in the system the current can go Up to 3A for a maximum of 1 second.
The battery used is a LI-ion 18650 cells in parallel to create a total capacity of 9Ah. The battery pack is removable and has protection and charger circuit.
We are looking for both off-pack and on pack system of gauging.
