Dear all,

If SW pin and GND are shorted, what happen do you think?

I think that TPS61193-Q1 will indicate UVLO and the inductor may burst...

I think that TPS61193-Q1 will not indicate OCP.

    Hi,

    If SW node is shorted to ground, the internal switch is shorted. There will be no current flowing through the internal switch. So boost current limit would not be triggered.
    In this case, the inductor is directly connected to battery. There's no protection in the power line. But I don't there's any risk for the device.
