Hi Jerry,

The TLV755P or TLV757P look to be suitable replacements. They have the same input voltage range as the AME8853, support more output current, and are available in 1.2 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V fixed output voltage options. Looking at some of the performance specs in the datasheets, the TLV755P and TLV757P have higher output accuracy, lower dropout voltage, lower quiescent current, and lower output noise.

Hi Jerry,
AME5140AEEV-ADJ-Z is a 30V boost converter. we have TPS61170, TPS1175 supporting up to 30V output voltage. there are also many boost converter that may be more suitable for the application. could share the input voltage, output voltage and output current in the real application. so I can suggest the best solution from TI

For the buck converters, AME5253A, the best fit is probably TLV62569A: www.ti.com/.../TLV62569A.
For AME5268 is a 28 V, 3 A synchronous buck. I would probably look at TPS54335A or TPS54336A:
