My customer is using TPS51123 as their NB 5V/3V application. When I'm checking schematic, I found out VREG3/5 should place 10uF/33uF near IC. Our question is could we place lower capacitance for these two pins? They need Vin range over 24V so they choose TPS51123. They used TPS51225C before and VREG3/5 decoupling cap are all 1uF, so they placed 1uF for both VREG3/5 at TPS51123 application. May we know if there is necessary to place that high capacitance for TPS51123? Thanks a lot!!
