TPS61235P: Why does the TPS61235P stop work at about only 1.2A output current with the CC connected to GND？

Hi，

I can only get 1.2A output current before a protection happening, and after that ,the output can only have about 2.2V output voltage. When I touch the chip, the temperature is not high. And I can ensure the Vin is always 3.3V. So the protection seems like overcurrent protection, but the chip has 3.5A output current from the datasheet. This is the schematic below. Can you give me some advice about this problem?

Hi Zack，

The file attached is PCB file for Altium designer，and I also give a picture of the bottom layer of PCB where the chip TPS61235P lays. The inductor is spm6530p.
