TPS563210A: Protecting the input of a TPS563210A from a noisy external system

Part Number: TPS563210A

I'm using a TPS563210DDFR to create a 5V power rail for an embedded system, the schematic is as follows:

The input is 12V, sourced from an external off-the-shelf power brick.

I am using the same 12V to power an external video board, however whenever I attach the video board it takes down the 5V regulator momentarily, and my system reboots. I have no control over the design of that video board, so nothing I can do there. The best I can do is try and protect my system from rebooting when that video board is attached.

Any suggestions?
