UCD3138: there is fault on Fusion Digital Power Designer

Hi 

i have asked customer to install a new version Fusion Digital Power Designer, but this fault still appears.

when customer click  "Design" button, the fault will appears, which is shown as below.

why?

    Amie,Thanks for your reply!  It is a product on selling now.  Our engineer didn't use "Designer GUI" before,I just found "Fusion studio" have this designer GUI recently,so I tried to use it.

    The Fusion Studio in design mode is meant for EVM firmware as it assumes certain PMBus commands and loop configuration based on the pmbus setup id command.  Usually has something live "VERSION | LLC001".  If the firmware has changed from the EVM firmware then the design mode may not be supported properly, which is why the problem has happened.

    You can take a look at the user guide () and see the design section. You can also use offline mode with a topology to see what is shown in the "Design" tab.
