Hi, thank´s for the link, appreciated.
However, after updating to this latest version it´s not possible to update the Chem_ID in BQ-studio.
I´m using latest version of BQ_Studio .
Got the following error: Chemistry programming failed Error code 1484
Reverted back to my old chem ID database and then it´s working.

Hi,thanks for suggestion, however I already have this version in chip.
Just in case I did a firmware update, but the result remains:
Unsuccessful to update any chem-id from the latest database.
Old database is still working fine.
I assume that there is an incompatibility with BQ-studio and new database since the old database is working fine.
Looking forward to any suggestion since I need settings in BQ35100 from the latest database.
BTW, is there possibility to find older versions of database?

What chem id do you need that is not in the old data base that works for you.
thanks
Onyx
Onyx,
below is the cell I´m targeting, (found this in the Chem.ini file):
[2591_Chem]
ChemID=0620
Description=Lithium Thionyl Chloride
NumKnownCells=1
HF_Data=0
2OCV_Data=1
1=EVE: ER26500_cc1804002 (8500mAh)
So, maybe you could share some previous release that I could try to use.
Thank You for the support.

Hi Onyx,
appreciate the support, this solved my issue.
So, bottom-line is that there is an incompatibility between the latest released version of BQ-studio and the later versions of chem-id database files.
Using the beta-version of BQ-studio seems to work.
I think this is a bit frustrating since I almost never trust a beta-release....
I have one additional question: since the chem-id i use (620) is related to EVE26500 8500mAh I did suspect that the design capacity would follow this, but i noticed that I had to set it manually.
in the register it was set at 2200mAh.
Is this correct?
Thank You for great support.
