Hi,
PIN number 52 appear twice on the pin function table; as NC2 and as MON15. Pages 4,5 in the data sheet.
Which one is correct?
What is the function of PIN 53?
On the drawings on page 3, PIN 52 is MON15 and PIN 53 is NC2.
