TPS61099: EN pin VIH Level

Part Number: TPS61099

I want to provide control on enable pin of TPS61099 boost IC but i found in Data-sheet, its VIH level is 1.2V max when Vin is greater than 1.5V. In my case Vin is 4.2V. See attached image.

Please let me know is it correct data or not since i checked in typical application it is directly short with Vin.

And apart from that clear one more thing TPS61099 and TPS61099x both having same VIH level? Since in Data-sheet there is mentioned about TPS61099x only.

Hi Sagar:
It's ok to short EN to VIN. The maximum value of EN is same with VIN as 6V.
The threshold is the logic value, that if the voltage of EN reach it , the circuit will be enable.

Yes, I agree with you. But as per me it should be minimum threshold not maximum which cause a confuse. Am i correct?

It's a word understanding.:-)
The voltage higher than high threshold, it will be enable. Lower than low, disable. And we don't know the state between maximum high to minimum low~~

Anyway, it don't matter about your application.
