Is there existing linux i2c device driver for BQ25713B?

    Hello Tanya,

    TI does not maintain Linux drivers for this device, but there is a third party site not affiliated with TI that has Linux drivers written for the SMBus version of the charger. That site also has the the I2C version of the previous generation device, the BQ25703A which you may use as a starting point and modify for this charger.

    Probably the above is the best place to start, but if that does not work for you for any reason, TI does have internally-developed Linux drivers for some of our older battery charging devices:

    www.ti.com/.../bq24735sw-linux

    Potentially you could use one of those as a starting point and port over to BQ24713.
