The 500ms spec is for detection time for a pairset, not the total detection time for both pairsets. From the actual waveform and datasheet, TPS23880 passes the 500ms spec. The problem is that the sifos is measuring the total detection time for both pairsets. I replied to your email offline, so I am going to close this thread and continue the discussion offline.
