BQ25703A: bq25703a android 8.1 driver

Hello Sammi,

TI does not maintain such a driver, but there is a non-affiliated third party that has developed Linux drivers for many BQ parts, including BQ25703a. Please take a look at this website:
chromium.googlesource.com/.../charger

I am not a Linux expert, but my guess is that this driver would be a good starting point for your Android system but would still require some porting.
