LM4970: LM4970 Audio Sync Hang Sometime, when I try to test with arduino

Hello TI, 

I am Working on LM4970 Audio Sync, when try to test my LM4970 development PCB with Arduino UNO LM4970 makes Contentiously ON any one led Between that 3 LED(led1,led2,led3) randomly ....?

1.Is it hardware issue or Software problem .....?
2.In LM4970 Recommended  NHK PCB layout Thermal Pad (EP) is connected to Ground (pin 4-GND), is it necessary to Connect  EP pad to Ground .....?
3.Because of EP Pad LM4970 can Hang or misbehave....? 
4.In my layout design I put EP Pad floating, there is any problem because of that

    Please take a look at my answers below and let me know if you have additional questions or comments.

    Could you provide your schematic and registers configuration? This will be useful in order to have a better approach to this issue.

    2.In LM4970 Recommended  NHK PCB layout Thermal Pad (EP) is connected to Ground (pin 4-GND), is it necessary to Connect  EP pad to Ground .....?
    Yes, it is required to connect the thermal pad to ground. It is required for internal circuitry and it helps to dissipate power.

    3.Because of EP Pad LM4970 can Hang or misbehave....? 
    Could you try disabling the Audio Synchronization Randomizer? Do you have differences?

    4.In my layout design I put EP Pad floating, there is any problem because of that
    Yes, it is suggested to connect the EP Pad in order to ensure the correct behavior of the device.
