TLV700: TLV70018 Response time between Vin=1.9V and Vout*0.98

Hi team,

Could you provide the response time to output Vout(typ)*0.98 after VIn reached to 1.9V(typ) UVLO? We would like to know the time between UVLO=1.9V and output of Vout(typ)*0.98.

    Hi Jun,

    Please keep in mind the following points:

    • The 1.9 V UVLO threshold is a typical specification. The actual threshold for any given unit may be above or below 1.9 V.
    • The dropout voltage and the response time for the output to reach Vout(typ)*0.98 will both increase as the load current increases.

    A typical startup for the TLV700 is shown below. The startup time once the input voltage passes the UVLO threshold is about 120 us.

    Test conditions were as follows:

    Test Board: TLV700xxEVM-503

    Vin = 1.95 V

    Ven shorted to Vin

    Vout = 1.8 V

    Iout = 0 mA

    Cin = Cout = 1 uF
