TPS92515: Are NC pins (No.8/9/10/14) not connected to anywhere internally?

Hello guys,

One of my customers is eveluating UCC27714 on their own board. They want to know whether NC pins (No.8/9/10/11) are not connected to anywhere internally or not

though the device datasheet says that those pins are "No connection". Does "No connection" mean that no internal connection?

Hello Nakai-san,

UCC27714 NC pins (8/9/10/14) are not internally connected to the IC die.

Hello Kazuya,

The NC pins on the UCC27714 are not connected to the internal IC bond pads.
