TPS65094: TPS65094 OFFONSRC: UVLO issue

Dear,


our client use TPS650942 for Intel Apollo Lake (SR33Q (Intel Atom x5 E3930), , but we find the GUI Tool show UVLO Register show "1"


and we check hardware VSYS waveform was keep 15V, also system was Normal(no shut down and thermal normal),

why UVLO Regisrt was show "1"

    The UVLO bit is set to 1 whenever the input voltage drops below the UVLO level and it stays set to 1 until it is cleared by the host.

    Even if the device and whole design are working correctly you may see that bit set to 1 because whenever the board is turned off, the PMIC loses power.

    If the board isn't showing any other signs of an issue, then I would not be worried about this bit being set to 1. If you want to prove that the device is working correctly you can try writing a 1 to this bit, which will clear the bit. If the bit doesn't get set again while the board is on, then you know there isn't any issue. If you turn the board off, then this bit will get set to 1 again, since turning the board off will cause the PMIC to lose power.
