Kindly suggest Single-Channel Isolated Gate Driver IC to drive Low side MOSFET with following specifications:

1. Minimum 3KV isolation

2. Automotive/RoHS

3. Temp (-40 to 105/125 degree)

    Hello Priyanka, 

    Currently, the only single-channel isolated  gate drivers that match your requirements are the ISO5452-Q1, ISO5852S-Q1 and others in the ISO5x5x family. 

    Can you describe your application? I may be able to suggest another alternative.

    Have you thought of pairing an automotive qualified isolator and an auto-qualified low side driver?
