LMG1205: Automotive qualification of GaN drivers

Is there a plan to have the LMG1205 go through automotive qualification? The original LM5113 part has a -Q1 version that is automotive qualified. Any details on this are appreciated.

    Hi Ram,

    thanks for your question on LMG1205.

    LMG1205 has no plan to Q1 however there is a plan to make it HiRel.

    LMG1020 has a plan to Q1 however it is not a halfbridge driver.

    This plan should happen later this year.
