BQ35100: BQ35100 and Primary Li-SOCl2 Battery Chemi ID

Thank very much a lot of help. 

Our Customer want to use  BQ35100 with Li-SOCl2 Primary Battery. 

Sorry... I first time use BQ35100 device with  Primary battery , and i have some technical question.

[ Question ] 

1)   About  Chemical ID Li-SOCl2 Primary Battery. 

    In my understanding  , this BQ35100 default Chemi ID is   Li-SOCl2.   

      * This is other e2e Question same question and get this answer .

     Is it Correct ??  

2)  EOS Mode  and SOH Measure 

    About  Default Ra Table,  we dose not need  change Ra Table .

    This is Automatic change by Gauge with Filed condition. 

    Is this Correct ??  

 3)  ACC  Mode and EOS Mode  need Start / Stop Command by MCU.

     I have simple question for command. 

     Is a Start Command necessary for us to measure EOS?

     And Do I need ENDC ommand to finish?

    *  Yes , GE_pin control  these action. 

4)  Can possible  provide   Quick Guide ?

   This device is different from other Gauge for Primary battery.

   Is there any QuickStartGuide that can be used easily?

    1. The default is LiSocl2 but you still need to verify your chem id and program the correct one
    2. You need to program your chem id. Ra table is included in the chem id.
    3. You need to send those commands. Pls see figure 6-2 of the TRM. That is the operational flow for each of the modes.
    4. The TRM should be your reference. There is also a video in the link below:

    But I have one question for

    What dose mean " you still need to verify your chem id " ?
    This mean Dose we need check Chemi ID for each Primary Battery for BQ35100 ??
    And can we get Chemical ID for each Primary Battery by for instance GPC Tool ??
    We think that there are only two Type of primary batteries with Li-MnO2 and Li-SOCl2.
    * BqStudio Chemi ID list 0600 to 0619 including this 2type Chemi ID ??

    Dose we use GPC tool for Chemical ID Matching with Primary Battery ??


    and we looking for BQ35100 Default Setting Srec .
    Can possible get this BQ35100 latest and Default Srec ??

    GPC chem doesn't work with lithium primary cells. You will have to go by nomenclature. If the LiSOCl2 cell is gonna be used in EOS mode, then you can chose one of the LiSOCL2 cells from the table.
