What is the best option of a driver to use in a Synchronous Rectification for boost converter using full SIC Semiconductors?
Thanks,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,
I am an applications engineer on the drivers team and I can help you with your question.
Take a look at the SiC homepage: www.ti.com/SiC
You can find gate drivers that can drive SiC MOSFETs, reference designs and technical collateral that can help you with your design.

Hi Daniel,
If you need a drive for both SiC MOSFETs in the boost converter, you may consider using dual channel driver UCC21530 (www.ti.com/.../UCC21530).
If you only need to drive Synchronous Rectification MOSFET, you may consider using a part in UCC53x0 family (www.ti.com/.../sllser8f.pdf) depends on required driver strength.
