Hello Doi-san
There will be no difference in the efficiency curves of a power stage controlled by a UCC28951 and the same power stage controlled by a UCC28950. The UCC28951 is a better choice because it has been designed specifically for applications that may have to operate at maximum duty cycles while in overload conditions and it is a 100% drop in replacement for the UCC28950. http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slua853/slua853.pdf
The user guide for the UCC28950EVM-442 includes some typical efficiency curves http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sluu421a/sluu421a.pdf
I would recommend that the user choose the UCC28951 device -
