I got a question from my customer abnout TPS62136.

Could you tell me about Cds and parasitic inductance of internal FET?

Hi Yokota-san,

These parameters are not specified.

However, the TPS62136 uses a HotRod package which is without bond wires. So, the inductance is very low.

Hi Yokota-san,

Noise is a very broad term. Can you be more specific about what noise they are concerned about?

They can measure most noise on the EVM.
